OS Cloudflare Monitor

OS Cloudflare Monitor is an internal Project OS observability service operated for infrastructure monitoring and incident investigation.

Google user data we access

The service requests the Google Drive drive.file permission. This permission is used to create, update, and manage only the Google Drive files that the service itself creates or is explicitly used with. The service is configured to store monitoring evidence in the designated OS_CLOUDFLARE_MONITOR folder.

How the data is used

Google Drive access is used solely to write and maintain operational monitoring snapshots, reports, and incident evidence generated by the service. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell Google user data. Monitoring evidence is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. Access is limited to authorized Project OS operators and service providers required to operate the underlying infrastructure.

Storage and retention

Operational evidence may be retained for troubleshooting, audit, and recovery purposes according to Project OS operational policies. Credentials and OAuth tokens are stored as protected runtime secrets and are not intentionally written into monitoring evidence.

Security

The service applies bounded collection, allowlisted resources, and sanitization controls before evidence is stored. Monitoring is designed to remain separate from business-state mutation.

Your choices

The Google account owner can revoke the application's OAuth access at any time through Google Account security settings. Revoking access will stop future Google Drive operations by the monitor until authorization is granted again.
